GC Bodeck is automatically produced using a 1mm thick zinc-coated steel plate (SGC400) that undergoes forming on a production line, providing cost-effective structural performance.
It serves as formwork for concrete pouring and remains as a non-removable deck plate after installation, eliminating the need for formwork removal.
Strut reinforcement is welded to maintain the shape of the deck formwork, facilitating subsequent processes such as deck panel installation and reinforcement steel arrangement.
